Inside Tiger Woods’ 50th Birthday Party With Girlfriend Vanessa Trump and 300 Palm Beach Guests (Exclusive)
Tiger Woods was all smiles while celebrating his 50th birthday, reportedly raising roughly $50 million for charity while ringing in the new year with his girlfriend Vanessa Trump.
Exclusive sources tell PEOPLE that Woods, who turned 50 on Dec. 30, Trump, 48, and her daughter Kai, 18, were all in attendance at the event on Wednesday, Jan. 14, which also served as the golf legend’s TGR Foundation’s 30th year anniversary fundraiser.
“Tiger was with Vanessa but also busy talking to people he knows from the charity,” one source tells PEOPLE about the event, which was held at the Breakers Palm Beach, a 40-minute ride from the golfing great’s Jupiter Island home.
Roughly 300 people were in attendance at the “Touch of Red” themed event, which was designed in honor of Tiger’s famed fondness for wearing red polo shirts on the final day of his golf tournaments. Hired entertainer Jon Bon Jovi, who has had a home in Palm Beach for years, also performed Thursday night.
“There was some serious partying going down all night by the philanthropists and other high profile guests,” the source says.
“They seemed to have a great time,” the source adds.
Another source tells PEOPLE the hotel has not buzzed with so many celebrities at once since Sofia Vergara’s 2015 wedding with Joe Manganiello.
“The ballroom was beautifully designed with ambient lighting, golf props, food stations, and bars,” the second source says.
Guests dined on sea bass, filet mignon, crab cakes, charcuterie and an array of desserts like chocolate cake and dulce de leche, the source added.
PEOPLE first reported last March that Woods and Trump had been dating for several months, weeks before the couple went Instagram official with their relationship.
Trump has five children with her ex-husband Donald Trump Jr., while two of those children, Kai and Chloe, are avid golfers. (Kai and Charlie Woods, Tiger’s 16-year-old son, both played at the same golf tournament last year.)

A third source close to the couple’s relationship tells PEOPLE this week that Vanessa and Tiger are very much in love.
“Vanessa and Tiger have a lot in common with each other and with their kids,” the source in Florida says. “And each is the other’s ideal type.”
